Periodization

Many historians break Global History down into many different time periods. These time periods are called the Periodization of history, or simply put, Periodization. Depending on bias and point-of-view, the Periodization might be different with some time periods collapsed into one, or expanded into many, or some eliminated all together. This periodization timeline follows the New York State Social Studies framework for Global History II.
