AIM: What can artifacts tell us?

Do Now: Take a Artifact Analysis Worksheet

Today you are the history detective. We will be exploring different artifacts and analyzing their significance to people and cultures in Global History.

Artifacts can tell us what happened in the past. Example: instead of a glass the vikings used horns to drink out of. We know that because there is still the smell of wine in the horns.

Each person will analyze two artifacts and utilize the Artifact Analysis Worksheet
